State's Attorney Bill Yoder wouldn't comment on whether he's received previously sent material from Neils but said he'll review the latest items, including letters between David Hendricks and Jon Lewis.
Former prosecutor Ron Dozier says police contacted him about a year ago and he doesn't believe they have anything that would be admissable in court.
He also points out, Jon Lewis, was previously investigated, passed a polygraph, and was eliminated as a suspect.
