At home....when u wake up..don't be lazy and sleep in...get up and do some sit ups....practice You stances, Ma bo especialy, try and punch as fast as u can for a minuite,...aim for something :D WORK THOSE Muscles!!!

i ave a pullup bar in my bedroom doorway n i do a few every time i go in or out when i can be bothered; i ave 2 be careful though cos my doorway is at the top of the stairs so 1 slip n im skrewed

only seems fair. I try to do a few hours a day as well.
I start with the Ba Duan Jin then do some forms then finish with sit ups and press ups.
