Back manipulation stretches work wonders on me, ask David O`Connor, point wise i find any of the bladder points in the Throacic/Lumber region get a good response eg BL 18 -27 ish then maybe BL 47-52,

while where on the subject of the Bladder meridian for those that like the facts......Innervation of points
A)B1: innervated by supratrochlear nerve and infratrochlear nerve which are branches of CR5;also innervated by branches of CR3
B)B40: innervated by the posterior rami(branch)of the 5th and 6th thoracic nerves
C)B43: innervated by the posterior rami(branch)of the 8th and 9th thoracic nerves
D)B51: innervated by the posterior femoral cutaneous nerve(S1,2) and the sciatic nerve(L4,L5,S1,2,3)
E)B62: innervated by the sural nerve(L5,S1); the sciatic nerve branches to become the tibial nerve which branches to become the sural nerve.
Neurological connections
A)B1 is connected to the brainstem
B)B40 and B43 are connected to the posterior branches of the mid back nerves(thoracic posterior rami)
C)B51 and B62 are connected to the lumbar plexus and the sacral plexus

Probable autonomic connections
A)B1,B51, and B62 are connected to the parasympathetic portion of the autonomic nervous system
B)B40 and B43 are connected to the sympathetic portion of the autonomic nervous system..... :P I have a contact who is a doctor he is currently mapping accupuncture points around the body.........."TAXI" "I`ll get me coat"

..Come along to Tai CHI!!!!!.best thing you will ever do!!.....there is a excersise called BUDDHA SUPPORTS THE SKY.....which is excellent for correcting bad posture....especially in the thoracic region of the spine..........how old are you?...cause standing for 30 mins then becoming in pain dosent sound good (imo) there could be other underlying medical problems regarding your growth and development if you are still young......
