Well done to all those who took part, as I strolled round filming you all, I noticed some great effort in the punching contest.....some excellent and funny moments in the Tricking...which may yet get me £250 on Youve Been Framed (Laurence)...and to Ken in the chi sao........we will meet again one day!....mmMMMMMWHHOOHHAHA

Just like to add my congratulations to all who took part, there where some excellent efforts put in by all who participated and for those of you who are/where hurting i can sympathise with you after squat kicks with literally no warm up!!!!!! well done all it's been worth the pain oh and sifu mike.....................64 SQUATS ME OLD 64.

67 squat kicks i think i can beat that next time although ill forget to train for it grrrrrr. It is tough wish i wasnt so tall and didnt have as much distance to travel.
