Title: BOOT CAMP FUN
Description: A quick run down on Boot Camp

Sifu Duncan - August 6, 2007 10:44 AM (GMT)
Hehehehe, the weekend of boot camp is fast approaching. Here's a heads up of what you can expect from me and Sifu Ken. LOTS OF SHOUTING...If you can't take don't be upset, we aim to not only develop team building skills but also personal skills. LADIES....forget the hairdryers and make up.....the only make you will need will be the mud from the assault course and as for your hair.....I hear Kelp is good for it!!! There will be a number of strenous yet fun events over the weekend, tardiness will not be tolerated...I am on the lookout for people to help out in the kitchen!!! There will be early starts with little or no time to get ready, but the main thing to remember is that this is a fun event but we do aim to improve fitness and stamina levels. If I can get the shopping right then the menu should be as follows: Sat breakfast; Cereals (mixed), Porridge, Toast, Scrambled Eggs. Lunch; Prawn or Chicken Portuguese ( tomato basil and garlic sauce) served with pasta or potatoes. Tea; BBQ. Sunday Breakfast; As Saturday. For the rest of the day I will provide a cold buffet that you can help yourself to, just remember don't fill up to fast, eat regularly and space it out. I am hoping to get a couple of large containers of water to be made available during the weekend and there will also be fresh fruit available. If there is any surplus food then I expect it to be shared out and taken home by all, I'lll be on bike so won't be carrying anything back!!! Any thoughts or issues just let me know either at training or direct to kirkross@kirkross.karoo.co.uk. Happy Holidays!!!!!!!! ;)

By winners is that the team that raises the most?

Or does the hardest training?

Or wins the most individual events?

Big thanks to every1 who was running the show, and every1 behind the scenes! (especially the chef. That was some good pasta.)

Not all hard work though, had a reet giggle, and an "interesting?" game of poker.

PLEASE NOTE! Sweet Cheeks and Smithson are NOT allowed to attend any future poker nights!
