1. Newly registered members with zero posts can make new threads only in the Chibi Gates, but this restriction is lifted once at least one post has been made somewhere on the board. This is a method we employ to ward off bots.

2. Be mature in your interactions with others. That means nothing like flaming or harassment.

3. Plugging other places on the 'net is exclusively allowed in your signature.

4. Overly mindless posts go in the stickied SPAM thread.

5. Flexibility is called for when it is asked of you by staff or a member to change a post, avatar or signature. Make some effort to avoid being inappropriate and offending others. Also, try not to stretch the tables with your posts.
