I'm sure that a lot of us use Microsoft Windows software on our PCs and laptops, so I've posted this link for those of us who are diligent about keeping Windows up to date (and that should be all of us! :lol:)

Microsoft is adopting tighter controls for registering legitimate copies of Windows in an effort to curtail piracy.

They now are requiring users of Windows to verify their license in order to receive add-ons to Windows XP and to obtain other stuff such as their anti-spyware software (I downloaded the latter a few months ago, and think it's great.
