Title: Missed a few sessions

NJO - March 6, 2006 04:30 PM (GMT)
I felt badly the past couple of weeks and I haven't exercised a few of those days...I did this morning after breakfast, so, I have it in today. gdbV My eating is a problem though...I need to eat less, but how? I am stuck in this eating dinner out every night situation and that really makes it difficult. It's also very hard to get a healthy meal in our small town...the salad bars seem to have preservatives added...they make me ill, so, that's out. -cks- Eating is such a chore. -cks-

Did you ever try Stouffers frozen entrees or meals in a bag? Arch would rather I cook, but I don't like to fool around in the kitchen much any more except to bake or do something special.

Marti, I haven't tried thier meals in a bag, but I eat four or five Stouffers meals a week. I am alone at dinner a lot so that's what I have. The red box ones. They're the best.

Aspen eats a lot of the Lean Cuisines...I have noticed the meals in a bag and they look really good. -cks- gdbV Easy, too! ^db^

We did the individual chicken pot pies from the deli tonight..ummm and a nice green salad, soon to be followed by an ice cream cone. Healthy Choice is on sale this week 2/$5.99. I keep breakfast, lunch, salad stuff and dessert here and try to get away with not cooking dinner. We use the red box Stouffers too, and their Swedish meatballs and noodles are good. I'm retired! ^db^ gdbV
