Had a good workout...took three cats to the vet...two are fat ones...I only have two carriers so two have to double up and are they heavy!

Wow! I am sore in my ribs today from carrying those cats! I somewhat congested too...I usually have an attack of allergies in the spring...can't seem to prevent it! <s> Gwen any advice on ways to help and prevent?

Good question Jo. I don't have the normal outside allergies but I do know many people that use Allegra and Aerius. Morgan's shots really helped him but if he ever has a problem he swears by Reactine Sinus.

There is a new spray "Astelin" that I am really interested in. Besides the usual, it also helps with mold, perfume & smoke. If I remember right, it doesn't contain any steroids.

I took the second dose in my second bottle of allergy shots this a.m. I can tell they are starting to help and I am thrilled. gdbV ^db^ gdbV ^db^ gdbV ^db^

I believe the doctor gave my brother a sample of Astelin...I think that might be better for me...I ahve trouble with chemical, smoke and some perfume fragrance. I have a problem with hay, but I am more trouble by indoor allergens too.

I got a good breath of auto exhaust yesterday and by last night I had a tight chest...

I wouldn't like the tight chest and that's something I don't normally experience. For me, it's all sinus congestion.

Some perfumes make me feel out of sorts in the head. Terrible feeling. Those horrid smelly candles can do that as well.
