I missed my pilates two days and this morning I was so much more stiff and sore! I have done my routine and even though I still hav soreness, I feel more relaxed. I know that I am so much more flexible doing these moves...

Pilates is used to help people recover from accidents and I think the flexibility has to be a very important component.
