Good article. I do take vitamins, but I am very careful not to take a supplement that I know I get enough of in my diet. A vitamin regimen should be specific to each person's daily dietary intake. I imagine there are other supplements that would be a problem at too high of a dose also. The good news here is that there is research into this field now.
