I don't have any machines. I use 5.5 and 8.8 weights and elastic tubing - which can take the place of some machines. Using free weights eliminates most of the injuries that may occur with machines. When I went to the gym, I loved the chest press but I got careless and ended up wretching some muscles. The only machine I miss is the leg press.
