I feel like I've been all the way to Timbuktoo and back again...it was quite an adventure installing a cable modem...I'm dumb enough not to have installed the software, (I threw it out!) but with the help of a giggling customer service rep, got it all straightened out and back in service...I'll skip the part where the computer shut down and wouldn't go on again. :lol: :lol: :lol:
