I am so disgusted by the lack of diet foods without soy. I was reading about some muffins that were highly recommended and went to the website. What did they contain? you guessed it: soy. Many of us with thyroid issues can't have a lot of soy and we need to lose weight and have healthy treats , too.
I wouldn't worry about diet products Jo. I worked on portion control and that works really well with some exercise.
