If you remember, I mentioned that the Home Depot Christmas Party was not a Christmas Party at all, but a Mardi Gras celebration :angry: . Well, I told hubby that I would be bringing a small boom box and some Christmas CD's and he said good idea.
Well, the word spread like wildfire around Home Depot that John's wife is bring Christmas music to the party B) . I got a call yesterday from Home Depot telling me that bringing the music wasn't necessary, they have relented and will be playing Christmas music. See it only takes one voice, or should I say one rather big mouth :lol: and several followers (everyone was all for me bringing the music and very vocal about it) to get a job done.
I am now very much looking forward to tonight's Christmas Party. oOm

Yup, good food, some nice prizes and nice people. Our prize was a $35 gift card good anywhere (it's a visa gift card) so we'll make use of that for sure. oOm
