I hope everyone is getting recovered from the TG holiday...anyone brave the malls to shop? I sure have no desire for that anymore... :blink: Frightening...I like to shop online for things I need as much as possible. Then Wal-Mart for the rest! :lol:

Let us know ways you have learned to cope with shopping and just the necessary grocery shopping is a chore for me... :huh:

Jo, I am VERY LUCKY that my guys do almost all the shopping for me. I cannot really remember the last time I did a big shopping trip to the grocery store. As far as mall shopping...forget about it! I have done most of my Christmas shopping for out of state family on-line for years. Shopping, wrapping and going to the post office...what a job! I think this year the boys will get one big gift and money which will make them happy!

We had a great holiday and I make it a rule to never leave home on Black Friday! We do have to go to the pharmacy today though and Arch just reminded me it's time to go. :o We sometimes use Harry and David for a special gift, and we're fortunate to live near an aluminum forge that makes beautiful gift items, from serving pieces to Christmas ornaments. Other than that it's Wally World or Penney's.

I just have no desire to shop that way anymore! :( I like to have things come to me...not go shop for it. It is sort of shallow to be cheer up by having something "new" to look forward to arriving. :wub: But I do! :lol:

I hate malls normally anyway, but on Black Friday....no way. My daugher spent most of Friday and Saturday in malls looking for a dress for a dance she is going to next week. She didn't find one and said she had looked in every store. I said, "Did you look in your closet?". She didn't think that was funny s:D

I shop mostly online now, too.

And I'd be lost without all of you, too. (grh)
