I have been for sometime now and recently I had to order a new brand, so I tried it today and hope it will help the tummy. It is enteric coated to disolve in the intestines.

I think a lot of us have IBS/fibro so any advice is welcome. I think the sinus thing made me not sleep comfortably and I started getting aches and sore spots and then the IBS started. I am so agravated at being down...I want to do things ,not just laze around all day!

Jo, guess I was blessed with a cast iron stomach, nothing bothers it, and I know that doesn't help, but I am well acquainted with that lay around all day feeling tired after the least little exertion, and THAT stinks! Do you take just plain vitamin D? I started taking that Saturday and am using 800 mg a day along with the D in my calcium. Total is 1000, and I found it made me - now don't you laugh :lol: happier. I think it helps with the blues we get in the winter time, but don't quote me on that.

I have tried several different kinds of probiotics and none of them seem to agree with me. Give me indigestion!! :o

Jo, the digestive enzymes I use have probiotics in them. I have absolutely no digestive problems any longer and I attribute that to the enzymes, however, to save money, I also tried a few brands that bothered me so I stick with my favorite ones. They're worth it to me.

What brand do you use Susanne? I'll order some...I just have the ones from Wal-Mart...tasty but probably not so good a quality.

Hi Jo...I do take probiotics after being steered in that direction by Susanne and I am diligent about taking them since I've been on antibiotics. Some docs mention to include the probiotics and others still think it's a bunch of bunk!! Also take digestive enzymes, yes, Susanne as well!!!
