How do most of you know you need more florinef? I am fairly sure I do need another increase...I feel symtoms I had even in teenage and earlier yrs. I can have a headache and upset tummy and if I get salt I feel better. But I still feel drained and just not myself tonight. I will try taking .125mcg. florinef daily, not just on the occassional day I feel I need it.

Glad we have it...imagine what it was like before? President Kennedy was only able to have salt tablets to help him cope.

Jo, I always found brain fog to be an indication for me to increase florinef a little bit. Keep in mind that palpitations or other heart irregularities could indicate that your potassium is getting too low from too much florinef. Be careful. :)

Good point about JFK. It amazes me to think of him doing a job as President with this disease. I don't know how he did it.
