Title: Susanne let us know how you do...

Susanne, let us know how you do with the dentist and the flu shot in one day! Whew, that is a lot of not so fun stuff to do! :P I hate the dentist, and it is usually stressful for most of us!

Hang in there Susanne! Arch got his flu shot today too. He's outside playing in the leaves this afternoon.

I am back and I am fine. The dentist was only a cleaning and a check up so not a lot of stress there really. Had it been a filling, it might have been more of a problem. Really good news from the dentist; my gums are very healthy (yay CoQ10) and no pocketing (I had pocketing before) and the bone structure under the gums is good, too. I had no cavities and I go for my next cleaning in four months. I did take the extra 5 mg. and did fine. I got the flu shot on the way to the dentist. On the way home I even stopped at my friend's house because I haven't seen him in a while, but he wasn't home.

It was kind of funny. The girls in the dentist's office asked how Liz is, is she is back with Chris, is my son still dating the girl I don't like, does my hubby still like his job at Home Depot, how did my breast lump turn out.....it made me realize something. I talk too much when I go there

When we're nervous we tend to blather on don't we? I do! I even blurted out at Doyle appointment "are you sure you want a root canal?" Thinking of A.'s experience. Now he wishes he'd gone somewhere else than the referral! Oh, were they pricey!

Glad to hear it went well Susanne. What does CoQ10 do for your teeth? I thought that was for the heart (she said with a big dumb grin).

CoQ10 is approve for treatment of gum disease. It's good stuff I think! ;)

Yup, and the funny thing is I only started taking it because it will give you energy. My gums problems are gone and my mitral regurgitation is gone. I'm definitely a fan of the stuff.

Susanne...how are you today? Hope you aren't suffering to much with the flu shot.

Susanne - November 9, 2005 05:26 PM (GMT)
Thanks Jo. Last night my feet were hurting so bad <s> . I got the rice bag and heated it up and laid it over my feet and I feel asleep and I slept good. I woke up this morning with diahrrea and horrible pain in my hips and my feet <s> . I couldn't lay, couldn't sit, I only got relief from the pain when I stood so I walked around for a while, then decided to take some Extra Strength Tylenol. That started to work so I laid on the couch and fell asleep for a couple of hours. The phone woke me. It was Aspen :) .

I feel better now but I haven't eaten yet and it is 12:25 here. I am going to have some toast and see how that goes.

Thanks for asking

Are the aches and pains gone Susanne? Sure hope you don't have any problems with the flu shot...don't expect you to have.

Wow! NJ 's election was sure in the news yesterday...they kept mentioning the high property taxes you have and the morals of the candidates. What's new. huh! That's politics! :(

Susanne - November 10, 2005 03:28 AM (GMT)
Yup, the governor's race really got ugly here. Our property taxes are the worst in the country, followed closely by our horrible car insurance rates. It's ridiculous. I hope the new guy changes things.

I feel much better but I did have to take an extra 5 mg HC this evening. We were out, over my hubby's cousin's house and I was feeling pretty lousy, so I took the 5 and I felt so much better. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better.

I still have the hip and foot pain for some reason. That has to be the flu shot. But I take magnesium before bed and I have my "foot vitamins" that I take at night, too. They help tremendously.
