I still have the allergies/ringing ears and now I've begun itching again...I am so out of sorts with myself. I should have the bloodwork done and just see where I am...thyroid wise. I can't get it done by my doctor and another that I went to get the T3/T4 levels ... no good. Make yu so mad. :angry: You have insurance and still have to do it out of pocket.

I want to know for myself... make sense? I had the antibodies run in 01 and they didn't tell me about the results. I took it it was negative...now I wonder....

Have any of you heard of euthyroid sick syndrome? I think that's the term used...it is on Dr. Friedman's site. These patients do better with T3/T4 . My TSH was normal but probably T4 was slightly low when I was fist started on thyroid meds...dr said strange! You know me...if it's weird it's me.

Jo, I know so little about thyroid, my sister is the expert on that. I know she can tell if she a little off, and the doctors tend to not listen to her either. What is with these doctors anyway...huh? Mo :angry:

Sorry, Jo. I sure wish you could get some answers to this problem. I don't have a clue really about thyroid because the levoxyl always worked perfectly for me. Maybe you can see a different doc, one who is more of a specialist in thyroid? Is that a possibility? I sure hope you feel better soon. :wub:

Found a good article ( posted in the Library) about the Euthyroid sick syndrome. It is very good article on anti-aging...keeping the4 old thinker working well! :wacko: You think any of us might need this???
