I have looked at this site and although I haven't read a lot yet, it seems very useful. The food pyramind is very interesting and helpful.
Interesting that the dairy and eggs are considered daily and fish, seafood and lean meat is considered weekly. It kind of goes against a lot of the low GI theory that most healthy diets are at and is more vegetarian based. You would need to eat a awful lot of legumes to get the protein etc. Overall though it is a good one as it does emphasis the need for lots of water, fruit and vegetables etc as your main food intake, I think though most people would need meat/fish to be lower to well covered with protein.
Jo thanks for sorting out my PW for me :) And you do find the most interesting links. I am still shifting stuff and trying to get my house on the market but look forward to things calming down and being online more.
