I read on line the other day that Lorenzo Michael Murphy Odone (May 29, 1978 – May 30, 2008) passed away. He had adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) and was the patient who the movie Lorenzo's Oil was based upoon. Is this a form of addisons? I got an email when Zac was first diagnosed from a woman who's son has this and she thought it was a form of addisons.

That's what I thought, when Zac was first diagnosed, I emailed a bunch of people who in turn emailed more people and I got an email from a woman who's son has this and she said she thought it was the same thing, i had looked it up back then and was very upset.
