For all of you who remeber, I was having problems with what I THOUGHT was a recurring Rash. WEll I saw a Dermatologist recently. He was great. HE ACTUALLY KNEW what Addison's WAS!! {htd}
He told me it's an "Hypersensitive Allergic Reaction" to Misquito bites!! :blink: :wacko: DO YOU BELIEVE IT?!?!
He gave me some steroid creme to use on them & told me to start using Misquito Repellant with DEET EVERYTIME I go outdoors, even for just a minute. So now in addition to wearing a mask over my face - everytime I go out due to Pollen and severe allergies & asthma, I have to DOUSE myself w/ Repellant - or use ones that last 5 -7 hours and reapply accordingly so I don't get - LITERALLY - Eaten Alive!
:P At night, I'm a HILARIOUS Site to behold, iafter my nightly shower to remove pollen, when I take the dog down to go Potty, Im covered in my Floor Length Robe over my clothes, shower cap over my hair, surgical mask over my face, & now I have to make sure I have misquito repellant sprayed over all!!! :blink: :wacko: I look like something from OUTER SPACE!! LOL
Oh well, I'm just glad the (Rash) is nothing serious!! I can't take anymore!!
PS: He knew enough about Addison's to tell me to UP my Daily Steroids if I get a BUNCH more bites like I had last time. All that ITCHING he said was a STRESSOR to the body.
You are really having a lot to deal with on a daily basis , Kathy! But you do what you have to to keep as well as possible...glad you can laugh about some of it! (grh)

I'm actually thinking of looking online for an Astronauts suit (like an old halloween costume) or possibly just some of those Head to toe Coveralls like Auto Mechanic's wear over their clothes, and just wear every time i go out OVER my clothing!!
That would be a site, huh??
