1 large box vanilla instant pudding
1 8-0z Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
Mix pudding per directions. AddCool Whip; mix well. Let thicken in refridgerator for 20 mins. Put a layer of crackers in a 9x13 in. pan, then layer with half of the pudding mixture, then layer with more crackers.
ICING
1 small can Pet milk
1 c. sugr
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix and bring to a full boil. Boil 1 min. Cool completely. Spread over graham crackers. Cool overnight.
I use sugar free pudding mix. I also substituted splenda for half the sugar in the icing. l1wv
p.s. I had the left overs for lunch...not recommended as your sole dish. :lol:
