Capitol Hill Visit: Pre-registration is required for this optional event on Thursday, Sept. 29. Those participating will make their own appointments with their legislators. NORD will provide a briefing, bus transportation to Capitol Hill, and a box lunch.

NIH Focus Groups: The NIH Office of Rare Diseases staff will be on hand to conduct two focus groups. All leaders of patient organizations are invited to participate, but space is limited so pre-registration is required.

Washington, DC, City Tour: This optional event will provide an opportunity to see the city’s monuments by twilight. Advance reservations are required.

Who Should Attend? The NORD Annual Conference is for everyone who has a rare disease or who helps someone with a rare disease. It’s a wonderful opportunity to learn, network, share experiences, inspire and be inspired!
