American Regent, Inc.'s Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injectable is available in 4mg. dose (enough for an emergency injection....1 mg dexamethasone = 40 mg hydrocortisone). The medication comes all ready to draw up into a syringe and inject. No adding and mixing needed..although giving a good shaking to the vial of medication before drawing it into the syringe is always necessary.
