McCune-Albright SyndromeThis clinical trial will evaluate how the drug fulvestrant affects girls with progressive precocious puberty associated with McCune Albright Syndrome (MAS). Girls younger than 11 with a diagnosis of progressive precocious puberty before the age of eight who have not received prior treatment for the condition with fulvestrant may be eligible.
The research sites are located across the United States.
