I joined a local fitness place...it is 6 miles away, a giant fan I can move to blow rt on me on the treadmill (they have a/c but don't run it when it is 'not hot' out....), and has big windows that look out at a body of water w/ trees all around it..Yesterday two big herons took off while I was watching.....
I have gone for 3 out of 4 days....I know, not long enough yet, but I am feeling good that I have been going....Just wanted to tell ya!! Diane

That is great, Diane...and it sounds lovely there with the water and herons! You are doing just great...just remember one day at a time...and don't be like me and just give up if you hit a tough patch or miss a few sessions for some reason! ^db^ gdbV (0)

Thanks Jo! My 'goal' is to hang in there for a little over a month til my b-day and see how I do and how much difference I can see....hoping to lose a bit of wt!! And don't be too hard on yourself...it is so very frustrating to deal w/ trying to do good things and then being waylaid by fatique, etc.....
I am going to go really slow, and bump up if I need to just so I can go....I time it rt after my noonish dose so I am 'loaded' when I get there....have been finding though that I am waking up alot w/ the 'breathing thing'...short of breath, and needing 2.5 mg bump-ups in the night. Trying to remember to take the 2.5 rt. before I fall asleep but keep missing it!

Good for you, Diane gdbV Keep up the good work. I like your idea of setting the month limit till your b-day to reevaluate things. It doesn't seem so far off to hang in there that way.

I am attempting to try Suzanne Somers Somersizing program. It is different than anything I've read before and I think it is do-able for me and hubby. I sure hope I can hang in there for a while, too. I'll aim for a month, also, and see how it goes. I think I'll start a journal on this.

Hey!! Just dragged the scale back out...and I have lost 4 lbs!! Hope it is 'real" and not just a fluid kind of variation...! I am encouraged!!

I haven't heard of that program Susanne. Hope it works for you guys....
