Pacific Media (TVX) is looking to expand its media portfolio overseas and offers to buy at least 10% of the S4C International for a price upwards of NEŁ592.4 million. Furthermore, Western Light Rail Transit and Citilink put in a bid of NEŁ498.2 million to expand its transport operations by buying upwards of 15% of New Rhodesia Transport
New England is also offering a contract to a hotel to build on the North coast of Newcastle and is to be offering it to all hotels. Would the OHI be interested?
6underground - May 31, 2006 12:28 AM (GMT)
You may Purchase 10% of S4C shares at 590 million unios for S4C and 480 Million unios for NRT most certainly! OHI, would be extremely interested in such a proposal. Additionally, it would like to expand it's hostel subsidary into N.E, primarily in an area popular with backpackers. Is there such a place?

myon is interested in having Tricore be involved in Myon more as well as Galaenther Island.

Wow.. look at that ... Tricore managed to turn a 30million turnover itno 32billion in a matter of weeks... sounds very profitable, perhaps it was their 10million donation to the human rights museum that scored them a lot of publicity...hmm... :P
I have to say the buying of stock is a good idea here in the forums... I'm sure Royal Alicante Hotels and Restorts would be interested in buying into Odyssey Hotels International, and look to expanding the hostel experience. I wonder what the cost involved would be for a complete buyout of the Hostel side of the business.
Something for you to consider...

Gee that Odyssey Hotels logo makes it look like the dragon is on the toilet...
As well as Tricore (we've discussed those details), Kinata is interested in broadcasting S4C on XV pay TV, opening at least one Odyssey Hotel, and at least one Rugby and Spors International Store

ROFL! It does!
Anyway, as we own a share in New Rhodesia Transport, we would love to have them operate a nationwide inter-city bus service in Calderwood. We are also interested in allowing Tricore to establish in the country, and supply our hospitals with some of the equipment that they need.

Certainly we would love to expand into Myon, considering the sheer opportunities for Tricore in Myon, we would like to propose a dual deal, setting up a administritve and manufacturing HQ and hub in Myon. Will offer 10,000 jobs in total, we would like to be given some discount on raw materials in exchange for eleviating the pressure on your employment quota  deal?

Definately! Actually they bailed the government out to build the museum after the government pulled out.

I will consider that. Perhaps Royal Alicante Hotels would like to expand into NR? I'm sure OH would like to expand into Alicante.

Consider that a done deal, indeed! Would the Odyssey Hotel be situated in the capital? or beachfront? (so we may calculate the star rating). Also due to Kinata being so far away from Perth, we recommend Kinata allow for a large RSI department store. Is this acceptable?

May we operate something similar to regional express in the UK? hooking up major Calderwood Routes? we would love that, If so, we will allow the free use of our coaches for school trips.

Of course!
We would be pleased if New Rhodesia Transport began a service similar to the one you mentioned. Travelling between cities in Calderwood is a service that not many operators provide, at least not by bus.

Near the beach in Numburra (see recent updates. If you could choose a preferably low to midrise BAT, I will do it next time I'm on (which probably won't be till after next week).

Of course, Kinata would be happy to. If you have any ideas for a BAT, I may put it near my new Sporting Complex/Olympic Park, as well as some Rugby fields.

Deal!
I am also looking for an increase in size of the Galaenther facility as well, as it is somewhat small for Galaenther's population.

We would love to offer bus services in Calderwood (inner city transport), we were thinking something along the lines of a "mega bus" economy scheme like in the UK, between major cities in Calderwood.

Great! As for the expansion of the Galaenther Island hub, we will get back to you on Tricores offer!
