In co-operation with the Royal Cytherian Parliament, the Delphmire City Council would like to bring to your attention 2 sites in the city that are available for development.

The first site available is in the financial centre of Delphmire and is to be of an office / hotel development.

The site is 6 tiles long and 4 tiles wide.

They are to be high-density and in keeping with the current skyline ( Although site 1 has more freedom in regards to size)

These are just preliminary images and more detailed images of the surrounding areas will be available shortly by request.

If any members nation has any development/construction companies that may be interested please post your interest here along with any queries you may have.

Regards.

The McAllister Property Corporation would certainly be interested in developing the above sites. They are the largest property development firm in Atlantis and are one of the official government contractors.

They recently developed the Simlympic site and are currently invlolved in the construction of Naran Liberius, our newest and most advanced city.

As stated in my earlier post, please find images of the surrounding areas of the development sites.

Above is the planned office development site.

Above is the planned residential site (Pink). Please also take note of the green bordered areas. A new high speed rail link is due to be built on this area and with that comes noise but also great transport links....especially to the airport.

Thanks for those of you who have already taken an interest and if you could now submit any building designs, with links, and post them here or PM me. If you would like to discuss any details of this then please do not hesitate to contact me on msn.

The Imperial Republic of Elytheria wishes to tender for the 96m x 64m (6x4) plot, and hopes that our bid will be well received.

Elytheria, having been impressed by the city of Delphmire and its air / atmosphere, wishes to construct an Embassy of the Imperial Republic that will help maintain and improve already favourable relations between the two nations.

The Sangrael Complex, after the Elytherian Emperor Jean-Jacques Sangrael, will, if approved, house the Diplomatic Mission of the Imperial Republic of Elytheria to the Democratic Kingdom of Royal Cytheria (in the smaller building), with ample office, or even residential space, in the towers to the left of the Embassy and High Commission.

I'm sorry I can't offer you a lot file for this Pip, as my LE doesn't work anymore (it can't save files, for some reason). :(

I can, however, offer you the layout and give you free-reign with the rest of the lot (I saw it useless to lay out the entire lot and just show you the layout, with you having to copy it). The only requirement is that the Elytherian flags (NHP Elytheria [static ones]) are included on the lot as pictured.

The lot offers easy access from all three roads, with the embassy's entrance of course being where the flags are.

The building used is NDEX ITS 201 Bishopsgate Broadgate Tower.

I hope this is satisfactory for you, if not, well, I'm sorry but there isn't much more that I can do with regards to providing a lot. I have tried everything and anything to get the LE to work again, but to no avail. :(

The McAllister Corporation has completed its design for the residential lot.

The building is a 4x4 lot the company, believed the perfect size as it also allows for landscaping, as shown below.

Below is the proposed 'Quayside' apartment development, subject to planning approval. The design includes a 700 underground parking garage with secure access. Triple glazed windows to keep noise from the construction of the new rail connection and the subsequent noise generated by the trains.

Residents will also benefit from a health spa and residents bistro located in fabulous glazed bow fronted atrium which looks onto the quayside.

Wait! The corata Megacorporaton will build!

The one is NDEX ITS Bridgewater Place !

Pipishere - April 24, 2007 08:06 PM (GMT)
A day later then planned but this has now closed.

I'm afraid that ITS Bridgewater Place is the current design that is being constructed in Leon-Owen for the Caledonian Hotel Chain Simfan34.

Other opportunities may arise in the near future so please keep an eye out.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

An announcement in regards to the winning designs shall be announced later this week.

Thanks to all who have applied.

Terribly sorry for the delay in the announcement but i've been busy.

Anyway....The Winning Bids are as follows.....

The Imperial Republic of Elytheria has been granted consent to begin construction of the Elytherian Embassy on site number 1. A majority of embassies are located in Leon-Owen and, to be honest, when the city council heard Elytheria wanted to build its embassy in Delphmire...well...they just couldn't refuse.

Congratulations.

In regards to site number 2 the winning bid is from Qing-Jiang Construction based in St. Marque Inlet. The Princess Apartments stood out as a winner due to it's eco-friendly design which is hoped to set an example for future developments in Royal Cytheria.

Congratulations.

Comiserations to those who lost out in this instance but rest assured, more exciting opportunities will be heading this way in the near future.

Regards,
