size="2" face="Arial"> Intersun, an enigmatic company in New Rhodesia, has announced that it will be offering commercial stellar travel services to off-world planets in the union.

The shock announcement has sent ripples world-wide among the public who can now directly travel to Dominea, Savannah, Anjay, Myon and Zabitake among others. Despite currently only having 3 "starliners" and one other in production, Intersun is confident it can build up it's fleet progressively to meet demand.

Share value in the company have almost tripled but, analysts have aired on the side of caution stating that the company could go under at any time and be drown in it's own hype. We must remember that these "starliners" have not even made their maiden voyages.

"The 'Galaxy', 'Traveler' and 'Good Hope' have been extensively tested" stated Mr Michael Goodwyn, CEO of Intersun. "We truly hope to dispell the belief that this is nothing more than a 'pie in the sky', there is a market that no-one has been able to access. Intersun will."

The company is currently in talks with Myon, Zabitake, Dominea and Anjay to set up links between Earth and off-world members. It is currently unknown how much the starliners have cost or how much financing and technological trading has gone one to support the venture.

The Barbary Coast currently has spacecraft taking tourists to the moon, New Bechar Spacestation, and the Arab Leagues Colony on the Moon. This is a lot more of a leap then our technogolgy thought :).

Thanks guys, enjoy the cut-away!

I'm glad some of you love the design, I cannot take credit for it though. But, I can certainly agree! It's "Colonial One" from BSG.

Looks exciting i must say!

Looks good! What's the DRADIS?

A very interesting concept 6u! In case you didn't get my PM, Intersun is able to use the spaceport in Newman, West Anjay for service to Anjay.

Thanks Pip! You'll be seeing it in-game shortly!

Leech10: DRADIS stands for: DIRECTION RANGE DISTANCE

Fisch: Cheers for clearing it up. Yup, connections are good!

Speaking of starports, we're currently constructing Project Matrix, which is quite literally a matrix of buildings, landing pads, hangars. We can also provide a facility for Intersun to repair their ships if so required.

Speaking of that, it is always a good idea to have repair and maintenance hangars on every planet Intersun flies to.

Indeed, as the plans are finalised, it'll need to become a prerequisite. :D

Very nice, 6U. I'm currently constructing a prototype craft that Intersun might perhaps be interested in.

It'll seat more people than what is currently available with the current Intersun designs, but it'll definitely be more roomy, with a quad-deck configuration (meaning four passenger decks) :p

One deck will be first class, complete with a restaurant and a bar. Another deck will be devoted to either an on-board casino, or a lounge. The next two are Economy decks, for the majority of passengers.

Oh, and there's other stuff too. :p

We're negotiating with Intersun at this point, so we'll be keeping in contact with 6U and well, that's about it. :p

Savannah Aerospace Industries will be constructing the Savannah derived designs.
Unfortunately, it wont' be as... smooth as the design :p
