Loads of Yellow Cards
John Terry gone to hospital after a blow to the face

I thought it was a brilliant game, shame that it had to end how it did but hopefully that won't over shadow the Final itself.

Great match, would have been better had I not missed the entire first half. Fu.cking British Rail!
Were the commentators bitching about the Celery? Funniest thing was when everyone was launching it at the stewards, to be fair the stewards are well alright down there, they just laughed and started throwing it back. Some of the jobsworths in England should take note!

Yeah couldnt beleive what a good game it was - usually expect a game with 2 heavyweights to be a absolute stinker but this was a really good final and a good way to send off Cardiff - if that is the last Final to be played there.

They said something along the lines of "it's not a nice thing to see" or something like that when it was being thrown in the direction of Fabregas.

What is with the celery thing, can someone explain?
Blues Brother CFC - February 26, 2007 04:58 PM (GMT)
Apparently it started in the early 80's when we were playing Watford away and everyone went through an allotment to get to the ground and nicked loads of celery and started throwing it around. Some geezer started the song, and the rest is history (well, if we had history that is).
That's the story I heard.

Sounds interesting, btw did you sing 'we hate fulham' (or something similar)
mate thinks he heard it, but reckon he just misheard tottenham or something

It would have been "we hate Tottenham". Hardly any Chelsea fans hate Fulham tbh, it's all about Tottenham and West Ham.

AndrewFFC - February 26, 2007 06:41 PM (GMT)

ultras - February 26, 2007 06:42 PM (GMT)
i heard that tottenham had jewish roots and that some clubs fans chant things about that
Mark AFC - February 26, 2007 07:30 PM (GMT)
Yea we do, chavski's got a song that goes "Spurs are on their way to auschwitz" most london teams hate the yids they're the scum of the earth.
The funny thing is chavski's russian piggy bank is jewish and yet they still sing anti semitic songs
AndrewFFC - February 26, 2007 10:33 PM (GMT)
Chelsea hardcore are disgusting, they still sing about Hitler to spurs.
I must admit i did hear a few *tssshhhhs* the other day against spurs and the odd "f*ck off you jews", but from 2-3 people max.
