You've got yourself an excellent player there. Gutted to see him leave. Very injury-prone, but when he fit we was the most reliable midfielder in our squad. Works incredibly hard, never gets caught out of position, and always goes for the simple pass.

Kaboul is talented - more so than, say, Dawson - but we don't really have time to let him settle in, and Ramos doesn't seem to rate him at all.

I've only heard good things about him like. Very pleased with the signing.

Saying Kaboul is more talented than Dawson is somewhat of a backhanded compliment, it's like saying Gordon Brown is a better leader of a country than Hitler

Point is that we own both players and we'd probably do better out of keeping Kaboul than out of keeping Dawson.
