Yep....Play a bit aswell.
I've had some mind bending piss ups following United, but I went to a England test and a Northamptonshire one dayer last year and I could barely stand up by the close of day. Fantastic.

Yeah, Warwickshire (Just bowled Glamorgan out for 248, so they're following on :D )

I wouldn't call myself a fan just yet, but I may well be soon. I went to a one day game with a couple of mates last month, and I'm doing the same in a couple of weeks time. I enjoyed the first game (Kent vs. Surrey) so hopefully I'll enjoy it again.

Yes, big cricket fan. Lancs and England.
And, unlike a certain other sport, it's perfectly acceptable to drink alcohol in sight of the pitch B)
JCIB - June 9, 2008 06:00 PM (GMT)
Yeah definitely, try and watch Lancs as much as possible, somewhere on SUSD I did moan about the double standards of allowing me to get plastered at the cricket while in the stands but not at the football!

Seems like cricket is going the same way football has. With that American bloke. I am not a fan of cricket but bloody hell money speaks don't it. Especially when that man says the bread and butter of cricket (tests) is boring.

It was the beginning of the end when that premier league cricket started in India this year - the world body are stuffed from what I can gather there is simple to much money it for the top players not to sack off standard cricket.
though I'm really looking forward to the 20/20 on Friday - although it's probably mainly the beer I'm looking forward to.
