Title: Newcastle Next Season
jrtoonarmy - May 23, 2008 03:34 PM (GMT)
Prices: as announced in 2007, at the level they were after the discounted renewal period ended. Exceptions to this are mentioned below.
Advance purchase deal: Price freeze for ST holders who undertake to buy their ticket for the next three seasons.
Advance payment deal: 10% reduction for ST holders who pay now for their ticket for the next three seasons.
Away section: moving from present spot to the North East end of Level Seven, against the glazed wall, behind the goal.
Singing section: sited in current Level Seven away area (North West Corner) with adult ST price of £390 (equating to around £20 a game). Branded as the "Leazes Corner."
Family section: Trebled in size and all located on Level Seven, prices set at £300 adults and £100 bairns (equating to around £21 a game for an adult & child).
Corporates: additional places added at rear of Leazes lower section currently occupied by family section.
Press box: expanded and moved forwards to be right behind the home/away dugouts and player's tunnel.
Directors box: expanded into existing press box area.
Supporters affected by the above: offered alternative seating in equivalent or higher price area, with no extra cost to them if they move to the latter.
Details of how to go about changing your seat (ie to move into the family or Leazes Corner areas) will be included in the season ticket renewal packs.
Following the renewal closing date, people needing to be re-sited in the ground will be hopefully sorted out, before an assessment is made of what's still available and new season ticket holder applications are accepted.
this can only been a good thing, at least there will be 3,000 of us standing every game

So the away ends been moved to the lower behind the goal? If it is that's trouting brilliant the view from the away bit at the moment was poor.
EDIT- Just realised it's still in the upper. :(

not a bad deal for the 3 seasons, if they dont get relegated, but surley it is going to be a bit expensive for people to be able to pay for it.
