http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/arti...in_page_id=1779Would be a massive blow imo, WHL can generate a decent atmosphere and is good old fashioned ground. Apparently its going to be similar to The Emirates

Why cant WHL be expanded? Whenevr mooted it usually hear because of the tube station.
Well the new ground would be in tme same place.

Dont like WHL much anyway. Inside is nice, but around the ground is probably the most boring place ever for an away supporter. Every pub is packed full of angry looking Yids, and there is no proper away pub.

They were given permission to expand WHL in 2001 - they never seem to expand despit ethe fact they sell out for every home game. Spurs could easily sell out a 50,000 stadium week in week out as well and hopefully reduce prices.

 As if!
I love White Hart Lane and would love to stay there, but with the gooners raking it in with their new stadium, I know that Levy and co are looking to follow suit.
The most important thing for most Tottenham fans is that we stay in Tottenham. There have been a fair few rumours about us leaving the immediate area. It's a tenchhole, but it's OUR tenchhole.

Not one of my favourite places in the world :ph43r: but would be a shame to lose another proper ground and have another corporate dome instead
