Luton

Highlights- Not many
Holding Liverpool
Jayten (the old board) buggaring off and being replaced (eventually) by 2020.
Blackwell going as well. The biggest bullsh*tter there is out there.
Mick Harford

Low points. Less said the better.
Pretty much every home game in the league
All away games bar Port vale in the league
The 10 points
Relegation two years running.
The players who (bar one or two) have been piss poor. In any other job they be given the sack by now

Playing some trule rubbish football since the cup final

The painful demise of Paul Robinson

nick the jack - April 29, 2008 09:26 PM (GMT)
Swansea City

Highlights:
- seeing the best football I have seen the team play in 15 years.
- nearly all away games. Only lost away once since September. The best away to Vale, Donny and Orient
- beating Leeds at home. Since then I really thought we were gonna do it, and we haven't looked back

Low Points:
- Stewards, but not the place for them
- conceding some important late goals, but they dont matter now
- being 10th in October, but thats hardly the end of the world

Basically its been a great season, and I really think we could do well next season. Our first season in Div 2 since 1984.

:D

Joey Barton acting the salmon and dragging the club through the tenchter every other week
Joey Barton signing
Alan Smith playing every week and being utter tench (Allardyce)
Going to away games to see us put in half arsed performances for the majority of the season
The fans being criticised by the media weekly eventhough the twats don't realise that we sell nye on every away allocation and most home games this season despite watching utter tench from TCA
The biggest low is Sam Allardyce , he is a total arrogant carp who has not got a clue about newcastle united

BWA_Ultra - April 30, 2008 09:53 AM (GMT)
Colchester United

Highlights

Beating Ipswich 2-0
Beating Preston at home (which was meant to be our catalyst)
Winning at Charlton

Blackcountry Villa - April 30, 2008 11:22 AM (GMT)
Highs:
2-1 and 5-1 against Blues.
Drawing at Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea.
4-1 against Newcastle the week after 'King Kev' returned, 'theres only one Kevin Keegan'
2-0 against Chelsea at home.
Still being in with a chance of 5th at this stage of the season.
Being the 2nd highest scorers in the league behind Man Utd and being the highest away scorers.

Lows:
Being 4-1 up at Spurs and drawing 4-4.
Man Utd away 4-0, just showed we're still miles away from them.
Drawing Man Utd in the FA Cup 3rd round, again! Not so much losing to them because we knew we would but it was gutting getting them again and knowing we were gonna go out. Especially in hindsight, if we'd have got an easier draw it could easily have been our year.
Losing 1-0 at home to Leicester in the Carling Cup.
Losing 1-0 at home to Sunderland, this was the game when i thought we'd blown the Uefa Cup.
Letting a goal in at Arsenal with the last kick of the game to draw 1-1

AFC#1 - April 30, 2008 11:40 AM (GMT)
Aberdeen's rollercoaster season, from games I was at.

4-3 defeat in Scottish cup semi  Probably the worst result in our history.
Motherwell away 3-0
United away 3-0
Manager being a complete tool most of the season

SO many ups and downs.

watermelon man - April 30, 2008 12:49 PM (GMT)
Barnet

Highs...

Our FA Cup run. 4th round for second time in 2 seasons. Including beating league 1 sides Gillingham and Swindon.

Beating MK Dons away! :D

PF getting manager of the month for October (i think).

Our performances at home from March onwards. W6, D1, L1. GS20, GC9.

Lows...

Loosing twice to Brentford, due to absolutely shocking refereeing desisions that I am still fuming about. They scored 4 goals and none of them should have stood. Still waiting for it to even itself out!

Loosing at home to MK Dons. Another shocking refereeing desision in that one.

10 red cards.

Loosing to Bristol Rovers in the FA Cup 4th round. We blew it!

The coin throwing incident at home to Peterborough.

I think thats about it!!!

Lawnmower Man - April 30, 2008 03:35 PM (GMT)
Highs: Some top days out with Saints and Maidstone, special mentions to QPR away, Margate away and of course Folkestone away. And standing at every game I've attended except Ipswich away.

Lows: The vast majority of the results for both of the above, Saints' cup defeat at Bristol Rovers was perhaps the most pathetic I've ever seen them and as you can imagine that comes up against some stiff competition. Possibility of their relegation. Pompey going to win the FA Cup.

Stoned_Prof - April 30, 2008 03:57 PM (GMT)
Maidstone United

Highlights:

Carshalton Athletic Home: Fourth game of the season. First goal of the season. First win of the season. Won 3-0.
Hendon Away: First away goal of the season! Lost 2-1, though. Good atmosphere, and Guinness at £2.30 a pint.
Tonbridge Angels Home: We beat the scum!
Margate Away: Went 3-1 down and scored in 92nd minute to win 4-3. Good atmosphere.
Sponsored Walk to Tonbridge: 14 miles for the new ground. Took 4 or 5 hours. Drinks from the chairman afterwards!
Harlow Town Away: Another last minute winner. Won 2-1. Good atmosphere.
Folkestone Invicta Away: Last game of the season. We won to avoid relegation in our first season in a higher league. The pitch invasion afterwards, and the stewards who let us self-police throughout.

Lowlights:

Playing at Bourne Park: It's just not home. The sooner we get our new ground the better.
The 4-0 losses: Hastings United Away, Ramsgate Away, Billericay Town Away.
Chelmsford City Away: Lost 7-0.
The games we threw away: Hendon Away, Canvey Island Home (FA Trophy), Carshalton Athletic Away, Margate Home, Chelmsford City Home, Heybridge Swifts Home.
Staines Town Away: We were awful, spineless and crap. Also, fans arguing with management.
Tonbridge Angels Away: The walk was good (see above), but the game and referee were very bad and most importantly, the stewards were the worst I've ever experienced.
Ashford Town (Middlesex) Home: How did we lose 4-1 to this lot?
Folkestone Invicta Away: Although we won and therefore stayed up, it's a pity that we had to send Folkestone down to do it, as they're a nice club, have a nice ground and treated us well.
