The only thing I have tickets to at the moment is The Verve at the Eden Project which I am loving as they are in my all time top 5 bands to see list and I think the venue will really suit them - plus I can walk there in 10 minutes.

Anyone else going to any gigs/festivals this summer?

I am going to the Glastonbury Festival and the Reading Festival. I don't often do gigs for bands, as I just normally wait for the festivals in the summer and see all the bands I want to see there.

If any of you fancy venturing further afield, I highly recommend EXIT festival in Serbia. Went last year and it was absolutely brilliant. Outstanding line-up and one euro per beer.

Seeing the Ting Tings tonight, and The Wombats next month, holidays and potential moscow trip has stopped any festival plans for me

going to All tomorrow's parties vs Pitchfork at camber sands for my stag do :unsure: and glastonbury as part of my honeymoon B)

Going to Leeds festival in the summer.

Also going to see Flogging Molly and Pigeon Detectives in late may/early june.

Going to see Complete Stone Roses tonight, got offered a ticket, meant to be pretty decent and going to see Dirty Pretty Things next month.

Reading, just for the day on Friday, to see the best live band in the world.

Milburn next month.

Probably the only band I'd pay to see at the minute unless The La's/Shack/Oasis announce tours.

Were are the complete stone roses playing? I've seen them a few times, thought they were bloody good.

Going to the 'Evolution Festival' at Newcastle at the end of May. There aren't any gigs I'm planning on going too but I was at Elbow's gig last Saturday.

Watched The Enemy at the Ricoh last weekend at the Ricoh. Was mental, serious overcrowding to the point it was almost scary and must of sweat about 5 gallons.

Also going to the Godiva festival in June which The Enemy are heading can't wait!

Must be yeah, big shame their splitting up.

Heard them live at the charlotte and they were great.

Going to see The Blockheads at the Electric Ballroom, Camden on Thursday. Phill Jupitus on vocals and the return of Davey Payne for one night only, 10 years after he last played with them.

Couple of gigs featuring local bands in the works too.

Like their footy and normal clobber rather than dressing and acting like knobs.

First went to see em in 2005, next month will be my 9th gig.

Co-sign. It was trouting amazing, the dance arena was absolutely conkers. Went to Sonar in Barca the year before and reckon that might just edge it though. Gunna either hit Melt in Berlin or Dour in Belguim this summer.

Went to see the Wombats a few week ago in Manchester, top gig. Going seeing the Courteeners on Saturday in Manc also, should be good. Going to Leeds in the summer.

Cant find a half decent Indie gig which is not over the top in price and has decent bands!
