Really nice, I particulary enjoyed the photo's of clouds.
It reminds me of a decade ago when I spent quite a lot of time in germany.
I think more people from the UK should make the trip, germany is a great football nation with great people.

Cracking as usual Chris!
I am not jealous of that trip to Frankfurt. :ph43r:

Good photos. Are Aachen planning on keeping the 3 terraces, or do they have plans to move?
Also what is the atmosphere like over there compared to here?
And who do you think has the best atmosphere?

Alemannia is going to build a new ground next to the old one. The preparations at the building site have already begun. As far as I know the ground will hold about 33000 with a standing capacity of circa 11000. The Tivoli definitely is a nice propper football ground but I'm afraid the time of those old fashioned places in professional football is up.

Hes off every bloody month.
Rich cockney!
Hibs I went with Chris (Unibee) in Febuary (Still skint from that - Have a
read if you want) and we got the Eurostar over.... But trust me it involves a lot of planning. It is a great laugh and the atmospheres are certainly something (Don't get me started on the beer!). I like the Ultra style where, even if its a small group, you'll get constant support for the team with noise & flags etc. They have them at EVERY club as well.

Not really, April's completely empty. Next trip isn't until... 2nd May!
German trips can cost a bit although the Barnet away games up north are £40-50 a time once you've factored in travel, tickets, lunch etc. Most of them are rubbish so I don't go to many anymore - with the money saved it covers some of the costs of going abroad and is a good deal more fun.
Incidentally hibs, I sent you a message on the internal mail thing, did you get this?
If not, could you email me 'unibee_bfc@yahoo.co.uk'

Some information about the new "Tivoli"(pictures as well).
Great report once again.Short stopover in Gießen when travelling from Aachen if I rightly interpret the pictures? Really liked the part about Frankfurt, especially using avoiding the corporate name of our stadium! Glad you enjoyed it. Although we were robbed by this, let's call it, controversial free kick. <_<
And the train trip through the Rhine valley via Koblenz is breathtaking indeed.

Great report that mate.
I went over to Germany when we played Nurnberg and I have to say it is a great country, with great people. I'm looking forward to going on trips like this in the future
