Title: Bouncy Bouncy
Peter SUSD - October 16, 2007 06:26 PM (GMT)
Did anyone hear piece on 5 Live tonight. Rangers fans sing this 'Bouncy Bouncy' song & bouunce. Headline was that Glasgow Underground may stop running on match days as concern bouncing will derail train. Interview actually said this is very unlikely but there is some concern about damage to train. Surely answer is all seater trains?

That song is to celebrate the death of a catholic boy getting jumped on by about loyalist grown men in front of the RUC who sat in the jeep and watched it. They should be banned from singing it full stop.

Why have you got to bring politics and crap into this....I've no knowledge of what you've said so I'm not saying you're wrong but it's more they're supporting their team. I'd rather see a bounce than them sitting down. ;)

Scotland fans are all huns anyway. :D
Taken from the Scotsman when they were discussing the problem.

However, it may not be clear to all that one of their apparent favourites, the Bouncy, Bouncy chorus, refers to the sectarian murder of Robert Hamill by a loyalist mob in Portadown in 1997.
