The game on 4 November is a Maine Road home game - they have changed venue to Stalybridge Celtics ground which holds 6,500. FC at top having won 10 out of 10 and Maine Rd are currenlty 2nd !!!!! Talk about top of the table clash. I would deffo go if could get a ticket - also I live about 4 hours drive away in leafy Bucks. FC United did get over 3000 on Saturday and scored a goal from the half way line ,eat your heart out Beckham. So as I was saying 6500 capacity is a little small for what I expect to be a great game.

Good to see FC United advance to First round proper of the FA Vase. Does anyone know why they were not in FA Cup this year when sides in divison below were ?

You need to play 2 years of non league football before you are allowed to enter. They are in it next year, be great if they make the first round!
