Anyone care to discuss this topic? Weather your fighting for your lifes or challenging for play off's/ the league are the any results which have turned the tide for/against you or are there any games coming up which will be vital to the outcome.

14 Gainsborough Trinity 31 -6 40
15 Vauxhall Motors 32 -6 38
16 Worksop Town 30 -10 38
17 Stalybridge Celtic 31 -1 38
18 Barrow 30 -1 35
19 Leigh RMI 30 -10 35
20 Scarborough 32 6 30
21 Redditch United 29 -10 26
22 Lancaster City 30 -62 -1

Lancaster and Scarborough deducted 10 pts.

Leigh RMI started the season poorly and have mixed results which left us fighting until December we went on a run of 9 game unbeaten and were looking at the play offs and recently haden't won since 2nd Jan.

On Saturday we beat Hucknall (who are 12th-ish) and now till the end of the season we've got some MASSIVE games starting tonight at Stalybridge! Then Barrow on Saturday and with us left to play Redditch, Gainborough, Scarborough, Worksop and Lancaster the fight for our place in the Conference North is on!

06/03/07; Stalybridge Celtic vs. Leigh RMI
10/03/07 Leigh RMI vs. Barrow
13/03/07; Leigh RMI vs. Blyth Spartans
17/03/07; Redditch United vs. Leigh RMI
23/03/07; Leigh RMI vs. Vauxhall Motors
31/03/07; Farsley Celtic vs. Leigh RMI
07/04/07; Leigh RMI vs. Moor Green
09/04/07; Gainsborough Trinity vs. Leigh RMI
14/04/07; Leigh RMI vs. Nuneaton Borough
21/04/07; Scarborough vs. Leigh RMI
28/04/07; Leigh RMI vs. Worksop Town
TBA; Lancaster City vs. Leigh RMI

So to answer to orignal question our run in December may keep us up - but after Saturday's win I feel a win tonight at Bridge we can go on another run and keep us up. If we win the games above then we should stay up with ease, weather we do it or not remains to be seen!

Look out for our result tonight :P

Good luck with that but I also hope Scarboro stay up - felt sorry for them 1999 when they went done on 94 mins after a fluke goalie goal from Carlisle kept them up instead and now look at them. Although their crowds have dropped they are getting some of the better Conference North gates of approx 700 - 800.
As for us we have MK Scum, Hartlepool, Walsall, Stockport and Bristol Rvs at home who are all in a chance of automtics or play offs and Darlo is the only team we have away who have a good shout at making play offs. Im only likely to be going to Peterboro and Barnet away for rest of season though - both standing under cover as well :D

1 Win in 11

Fulham need to picks things up, we're dropping

2 away wins in 2 seasons says something too.

Our season down the tenchpan!

Barrow and Redditch won and we lost! And it could have shot our morale down. Last min goal to lose 2-1 after our keeper had been sent off and didnt have a sub keeper and our top scorer going in goal for the final 30mins!

Even bigger game at home to Barrow on Saturday.

It'll be one hell of a battle if Scarborough stay up then its an amazing acheviment after starting on -10.
