another scoobey from june mechanics hehe. Make me so gatal wanna start on my road car mod. Nice one. ^_^

The Scoobie looks promising. Can't wait to see your work on the bumper. What yellow is it? From the picture in the monitor it looks like orange yellow but Jun Mechanics car is almost always in bright yellow colour.

kalam2b - November 10, 2009 01:54 AM (GMT)

Druid_99 : Yup, the color is bright yellow, will decide later which is closest color between tamiya ts16,ts47 or TOA 005.

Update: really slow progress, being quite busy lately and today both my kids got chicken pox. can't concentrate! :( anyway, partially done with front bumper frame.

C&Cs are welcome thx.

thx 4 the comments.

updates:
1 . almost done with front bumper, already puttied. need 2 re-sand to smooth out the surface. no picture yet. now working on rear bumper (going to be fast one, using OEM bumper but to cut a bit 4 the diffuser).

2. this weekend will start spray the body and proceed with the interior.
Need help: It would be great if anyone have ref pic 4 the interior, only 1 interior pic in my ref (driver side interior only).

Thanks

Bro, it's ok if the car can't make it to the GB but make sure you'll be there lah... Bring along all the model kits that you've build before and show it to us lah (I know you have mode builds even before you join SMM... hahaha)

kalam2b - November 17, 2009 01:25 AM (GMT)
druid :) i'll try to 'cuci' all those dusty old kits.

the update : i think i've done with the front bumper. just need to sand with higher grit to smoth it out.

80% to 1:1 car is enough for me. my limitation :(
