This is my latest ............with custom decals and gunze paints and total rescribe.................got a tail sitting problem.......even with weight............need to add more..........weight.......need to do some small work.......still...I think the jawi words were suited for the wide body aircraft........but I used it anyway...........

Well executed!! Nostalgic as well. Used to fly in one of these back in the late 70 before transition to F50!! My wife used to work in the F50 for 1 year before going up to 732 and later 734/735. Have a cousin who started flying as an FO with F27. Got his training in Manila those days. Let me check with him if he has all the F27 pictures for us to share.

Aneh...hows this idea: Old skool 1/72 MAS prop fleet 3some...for MGB next year...build now and keep....DC-3 (Malayan Airways), Twin Otter (Long Pasia!! - Matchbox/Revell) and this Fokker :D

Wow, this really bring back memories..... growing up in Miri, Sarawak... this was the first plane I flew in... the one that got me interested in planes... to have an ambition to be a pilot (but alas, I wore glasses).

In fact, i still have photos of when it was in the "MSA" colours - yellow, I think. Anyone else can remember?

I use to love looking at it from the front view and drew LOTS of pictures of it in my scrapbook.

Even writing now... I can still hear the screams of the engines, the smell of the fuel... watching all the activities until the props came to a halt... and how my parents had to pull me away to go home.....
