I've seen quite a number of these when I was in Vietnam a while back and given the Vietnamese culture of recycling everything and wasting nothing I'm not suprised. I may have seen it in Phuket, Thailand as well. Pretty ingenious actually.

Wouldn't mind a Hummer from a Budweiser can. :)
