Please give me some comment.

Becky, sorry for no pictures, here is the picture of my model kit.

It is a German Captured France Tank. Very tiny and cute. It is waiting for decaling and washing/weathering.

Thanks for viewing

the paint chips look great... but i think you overdo it abit. Some chips are at unreasonable areas, and there alot of chips and rusts but no scratches around... weird. Some how it seems like the tank is having some skin allergic disease or something.

wuichong - October 22, 2009 02:19 AM (GMT)
Hahaha, skin disease!!! Great comment, i think i still need to control myself to avoid over do on this, i will try to less it next time!! Thanks

Sorry to say that the chipping looks like bleeding wounds for me...

over do

well.... that's the fun part of weathering. COntrolling it is just like controlling myself not to smoke too much

ahhh, Patton's first tank.

it's been a favorite of mine ever since i saw the 1981 movie "Omar Mukthar: Lion of the Desert"

as for your modelling attempt and should you ever get tired of "german colors", try a weathering it down to this "chance discovery" in at a scrap yard in current day Afghanistan.
it makes a fine diorama combining scale US army figures in a modern setting don't you think?
well, read it yourself and do check out the before,

;) yup..like our brush master said..don't over do it and don't rush..finish the kit in a fastest time is not the goal..how perfect your kit will end up it's the goal..I know a lot of practice and try and error you can get a good result.

Good luck and good attempt on this kit
