Title: Problems With V-150 Portuguese

Now the virus v-150 came into me.
Since the Hobby Boss kit I have bought, I would also like to finish them.
Those with the Mecar and 20mm are reserved for Malaysia, the M706 is for Vietnam, the other is for the Philippines and the last with the Cockerill I thought about it Portuguese.
I found beautiful pictures, everything was ready, but suddenly something does not return.
The kit does not seem to match, but I can not understand where.
Then my focus is on the left side and I see that the front window should be positioned approximately in the middle of the 2 turret.
Is much more forward.
At this point we do not understand anything and I doubt that Portugal uses the version with the hull lengthened.
The problem that the kit is short, so you need to extend it.
Okay, but how much?
Is there anyone who can give me some of the measures, because the sources I've found they give me so many different sizes, but even a clear picture.

wow you are a real professional :o maybe the armoured people can give some info. Not in my field and I have no idea what you just explained but it looks really complicated. So you're going with the portuguese build?

I'm no expert but from my observation, you may need to do some extension. Since you've mentioned that the measurement varies, according to your sources; maybe you can start with 10mm extension just before the front window.
In the link you've given on my 'In Progress' thread (thanks!), the modeller extend the hull as much as 12mm for his V150S. However, I'm not sure whether this is applicable to the Portuguese version.
Looking at the photo above, I also notice that the side windows are a bit shorther than the one on the driver compartment. It could be due to the angle of the photo but I think it is. This may cause an illusion that the hull is extended.
I have to mention here that accuracy is not an issue for me. To me as long as my build looks like the actual thing, it's fine by me.

IMHO, the kit that you must get is the one with Cockerill guns..the miner operation in at the muzzle .. you can try to modify from a tiger tank or something similar....if possible try to scratch build.. :D .
man- the mirror is same lengh as malaysia V-150 system.. no need to extend it ... :D
