Title: Ginrei Full Resin Kit

PoohBear - July 28, 2009 05:16 PM (GMT)
Hi guys / gal(s)

Here's another one dug out from the oldies cabinet i.e pre SMM / SFTPMS.

It's a full resin kit of Ginrei (anime character) and done pretty much with an airbrush except for the detail bits.

Hope you enjoy.

cheers

Nice and very neat painting/airbrushing.... and some how this is always more attractive then the boring WW2 figures.

Happy modelling
Allan

Thanks for the kind words Allan.

These kits do provide a nice distraction. Now if only I had more of them to be distracted with.

Almost miss this thread and in my own backyard as well. :)

Nicely done subtle finish on the hair. The eyes are beautifully rendered anime style. Almost feel the eyes are following you. Er...was the flower painted on or is it a decal? What scale is this beauty?

Nothing beats a hot lady with a big gun. You can never go wrong there.

Cheers CK.

The flower was painted.

Scale not mentioned but I guess she's 1/8 or thereabouts for a typical garage kit.

Nice looking anime figure U've got there, Bear!!

Now looking at your figure, remind me of my in progress 1/8 resin Major Motoko Kusanagi... which is currently under dryfitting after clean-up access resin (massive work since it's a recast from ebay).

She'll be joining the coming SciFi GB lar....

Cleaning resin excess is horrible work. Anyway, very much look forward to seeing your rendition of Motoko!
