Hi, guys...just wanna share the build of 1/24 Trumpeter Bf-109G6 which I bought about a month ago, which I been at on/off...no need to intro the legendary a/c; but the Trumpeter kit itself...is not the easiest to work with. It still has the injection/sunken marks all over visible parts, fitting is still an issue with certain parts. Not the best kit to work with although people said that Trumpeter improved a lot in the past few years...well, on to the build
THe box....but decided to do the white camo instead
Cockpit done, tho decided to scrap the unrealistic scratch built seat belt after getting an advice from an otai...might put in PE seatbelt later ^_^
Pre shading
Painting done
Clear, decal done
Things left to do: stick all the small surface parts, wire, do blackwash, install canopy and do some more weathering...
Do give C&C to improve this build. Thanks B)

Nice! Erich Hartmann colours?
Somehow I never was attracted to build the BF109 in 24th.....maybe its the ""kankang" undercarriage :P

Nice muted scheme on such a big bird!
I think you should redo the seatbelts though because they look very much like they are not sitting well and they can be quite visible.
The join line just behind the head rest and near the props may need some work to reputty and sand down.
Displaying the engine cowls open?

Thanks for the comments guys
landyshah: Yup Erich Hartmann colour; I thought the kangkang undercarriage issue is my fault...one of the landing gear wouldn't stick properly...had to use superglue!
ck: already scrapped the seatbelt; yes will display both cowls open; the join behind head rest have some fitting issue, applied some putty on twice but at keep cracking up again..any tips to fix that?

cracking putty? try to fill it up with superglue and talcum powder mix. Its stronger and may stop the cracking.
