For canopies, either airbrush or dip in coloured Future to tint.
By airbrush - your clear paints should be very diluted and misted on in layers to build up the tint.
By dipping in Future - mix the appropriate shade of food colouring with some Future, dip the part in, take it out, drain off excess and air dry for a few hours or overnight.
For smaller clear parts, eg lights etc. you can just paint it by hand or either of the above should do as well.

Thanks for the reply, can i use paints to tint the canopies instead of the food colouring

Last time I tried tamiya paint+future it didn't mix very well. Then again, it could have been me. ^_^
Maybe others have had better luck and can confirm for you.

But will the tamiya paint mix well with multifilla's H20 thingy, because i don't have fututre

I've never try any of it before, theory wise it should work. U can try it on a piece of clear plastic sheet.

I don't use H2O. Maybe you could try experimenting and let us know how it turns out? ^_^

Same goes with me, I too had failed experiment when mixing future with paint (tamiya and mr.hobby). Mix with dye ok ;) , mix with paint.. despite having a homogenous and clean clear mixture, after the dip, the dried future seemed to appear cloudy :(

I use this line of colors.

To make tint like this

that a canopy of egg plane f-15.
recipe,
1ml of mr. thinner leveler.
mix in blue red yellow clear mr.color to get the smoke black color.
Add in 1 ml Gaia Clear coat and 2 ml mr. thinner leveler to make total ratio 1:3 thinner.
Spray area must clean of dust and I spray the outside canopy only. ( I vacuum my spray booth before do this)

Arzwarth.. does the tinted canopy now has more shine or lesser compare the before tinting?
I got less and decided to strip the paint straightwaway and ended up with cloudy canopy.. ;)

I'm sorry your canopy get clouded >.<
I forgot to mentioned, I buff my canopy first, sand with 1200 then 2000 and last soft tissue with tamiya polishing compound till shine. Wash it and dry clean, then I spray it. The canopy looks shine to me.
p/s do you strip it with industrial thinner? I think strip it with mr. thinner is safer.

Tamiya paint or any other brand of paints added to H20 varnish will not tint. All paints contain pigments or fillers and will not dry clear.
Instead for a clear transparent tint with H20,you have to tint to required tone with Multifilla glass stain. It is a fun process as drops of glass stain remains suspended until mixed. Maybe this feature gives good camouflage finishing with different color stains.

Picture shows H20 tinted with Multifilla black glass stain on clear plastic tub.

Another picture to show clarity of tint with picture under the tub showing contrast.
